The painter Vijay Sharma has now, in Mai 2013 a beautiful exhibtion of his own works, accompanied by old samples of Indian miniatur paintings. His pictures are very impressive and as he is painting in public in the Museum für Völkerkunde, Hamburg, visitors can appreciate the craftsmanship, patience and diligence that have alltogether such a lovely result.

इस संदर्भ में मेरा निवेदन जिला प्रशासन और पुलिस विभाग से यह है कि शिमला में बहुत अर्से से दिन दिहाडे चोरियों की वारदातें बढी हैं और नि संदेह पुलिस कार्यवाही भी कर रही है। मैं यहां तीन तथ्‍य प्रशासन के समक्ष रखना चाहता हूं-

1- शिमला में जगह जगह पुराने टूटे हुए मकान मौजूद हैं। वे मकान असमाजिक तत्‍वों के अडडे बने रहते हैं क्‍योंकि वहां वे नशे इत्‍यादि के साथ इस तरह की वारदातों की योजनाएं बिना भय के बना सकते हैं। ये भवन नशेडियों के अडडे भी बन जाते हैं। पुलिस प्रशासन यदि इन मकानों में नियमित छापे मारें ओर गशत करें तो इन अडडों से असमाजिक तत्‍व इस तरह की वारदातों को अंजाम नहीं दे सकते। नगर निगम को भी इन भवनों को गिराने इत्‍यादि के लिए आवश्‍यक कदम उठाने चाहिए।

2- हिमाचल पुलिस के पास डॉग सक्‍वार्ड उपलब्‍ध है और चोरी की वारदात चाहे छोटी हो या बडी पुलिस को इसका इस्‍तेमाल करना चाहिए। चौडामैदान वारदात में भी अगर पुलिस कुत्‍तों का इस्‍तेमाल करती तो चोरों तक पहुंचा जा सकता था। इसलिए यह सुनिश्चित होना चाहिए कि हर चोरी की वारदात में कुत्‍तों का प्रयोग हो।

3-शिमला शहर में भिखारियों और दूसरे गरीब बेघर लोगों के बच्‍चे आवारा घूमते रहते हैं। इनमें मासूम बच्‍चों से लेकर 10 - 12 साल तक के बच्‍चे शामिल हैं। रिज मैदान और दूसरी जगहों पर ये बच्‍चे झुण्‍डों में बाहर से आने वाले देशी तथा विदेशी पर्यटकों के पीछे पडे रहते हैं। हमने देखा है कि ये पर्यटकों के हाथों से कई बार खाने तक की वस्‍तुएं छीन लेते हैं। जिला प्रशासन या प्रदेश सरकार बरसों से इस समस्‍या का कोई समाधान नहीं कर पाई है। रिज पर ये बच्‍चे और सांप वाली औरतें तथा कुछ अन्‍य मांगने वाले पर्यटकों और स्‍भानीय लोगों की सरदर्द का सबब बने हुए हैं। शहर के लोग पहले ही आवारा कुत्‍तों, बंदरों से परेशान है और उसके उपर यह तीसरी समस्‍या उन्‍हें और भी परेशान करती है। ये बच्‍चें दिन भर मांगते हैं। बडे होकर ये क्‍या क्‍या कर सकते हैं यह सहज अनुमान लगाया जा सकता है। हमारा मानना है कि बडे होकर ये भी इस तरह की वारदातों को अंजाम दे सकते हैं। जिला प्रशासन इस समस्‍या के समाधान के लिए आवश्‍यक कदम उठाएं और यह सुनिश्चि करें कि रिज या दूसरी जगह पर मासूम बच्‍चे भीख न मांगे और इनके रहने और पढने के लिए स्‍वयंसेवी संस्‍थाओं के साथ मिलकर योजना बनाएं।

बस की दुर्घटना के मुख्य कारण
पुलिस के चश्में से
- ओवरलोडिंग, तेज रफ्तार, रैश ड्राइविंग
- 42 सीटर बस में 60 से ज्यादा सवारियां
सरकार का काम
- दुर्घटना में मारे गए लोगों को मुआवजा।
- ज्यादा दवाब पड़ा तो न्यायिक जांच भी हो सकती है।
असली कारण जिनको सब जानते हुए कोई छेड़ना नहीं चाहता
1. एचआरटीसी की बसें खाली और प्राइवेट बसें ठूंस-ठूंस के भरी क्यों होती? प्राइवेट बस ऑपरेटेंरों को प्राइम टाइम दिया जाता है जबकि एचआरटीसी की बसों को ऐसे समय चलाया जाता है जब सारी सवारियां प्राइवेट बसों में चढ़ चुकी होती हैं।
2. एचआरटीसी लगातार घाटे में जबकि प्राइवेट बस ऑपरेटरों को व्यस्त रूट दिए जाते हैं नतीजा प्राइवेट ऑपरेटर बसों में ठूंस ठूंस कर सवारियां लाद कर मुनाफा कमा रहे हैं। इसमें चाहे लोगों लोगों की जान ही क्यों न चली जाए।
3. हिमाचल की लाइफलाइन एचआरटीसी के पास अभी तक इस बारे में कोई डिटेल नहीं है कि कौन-कौन से रूट में कितनी बसों की जरुरत है। यहां बसों के रूट जरुरत के अनुसार नहीं बल्कि राजनीतिक आधार पर मिलते हैं।
सड़क दुर्घटनाओं के लिए राजनीति सबसे बड़ी दोषी है और नेता सबसे बड़ा हत्यारा, हिमाचल की जनता को अपनी जान बचाने के लिउ एचआरटीसी के इस कुप्रबंधन के खिलाफ एकजुट होना होगा अन्यथा हम अपनी जान यूही गंवाते रहेंगे। नेताओं और अफसरों को कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता क्योंकि ये बसों में सफर नहीं करते..

It is true that farmers needs to be aware of about plant nutrients especially micro nutrients. As most of the farmers didn't realize the role of micro nutrients. Adding to the comments, i will want to bring in to the notice of Mr. Ravi that our soldiers / forces are trained and deployed to guard the nation and protect our borders and NOT to eat Monkeys and Dogs..!! What a duty has this man given to our forces..

This shows his inability to provide a positive solution to the issue and also proves his lack of knowledge and his level of thinking.

Gorkhas are Hindus and never ever has any one eaten those whom they worship...

A humble salutations to all the people of India from this Gorkha of India.

We, the Gorkhas have been living in this beautiful land of India since pre independence era and we have always tried to serve our Motherland India till the last breath. During the war of Independence also history speaks that our forefathers have given their lives for our country. Post Independence also if we have done our best to serve our nation. " Jab desh me thi diwali who khe;l rahe the holi, jab hum baithe the gharo me who jael rahe the goli" these words from the song is very apt for our Gorkha community because whenever there is war then our hundreds of brothers from Gorkha Regiments gives their lives. I have witnessed many such instances since childhood and i remember whenever these emergency times comes we unite with the country and contribute every possible from our side.

But today morning I read the following lines by our respected BJP leader Ravinder Ravi in Vidhan Sabha, "monkey is a delicacy for Nagas and Gurkhas and if these regiments are posted in cantonments in Himachal from time to time, it will definitely have an impact on the population of monkeys. " It was the most painful moment for me and for our Gorkha community. I could find that pain in our every Gokrha Brother and Sisters, who was misunderstood.

We Gorkhas do not have any history of eating Dogs and Monkeys. We respect them. The Second day of our Diwali is dedicated for dogs and we worship dogs that day and thank them for guarding us. We also have large number of monkeys in our area where we reside but we never thought of eating it because we take them as incarnation of lord Hanuman.

We, the Gorkhas have faced the terrible identity crisis in our own mother land. Some says we are outsiders and some says we are uncivilized eating dogs and monkeys. It is really painful to listen these types of comments. We are peace loving people and we always respect the rulers of the nation, but on extreme we keep our self respect held high like the peak of the mountain.

These lines are especially for Ravi sir, "we don't know about your "out of the box solution" but please take your words back and kindly read the history of Gorkhas before commenting."

May the Beautiful land of Bharat be always at her Glorious Stage.

एक बात समझ नहीं आ रही की सीमेंट के दाम हिमाचल में क्यों ज्यादा है? सीमेंट हिमाचल की जिस मर्जी कंपनी से पंजाब जाता हो लगभग १०० किलोमीटर तो हिमाचल होकर गुजरता है और हिमाचल की ट्रक यूनियन ही सीमेंट का ढुलान करती है. पंजाब पहुँचने के बाद हो सकता हा की लोकल धुलान वहां की ट्रांसपोर्ट कंपनियां करती हों लेकिन हिमाचल में १०० किलोमीटर के दायरे में ट्रांसपोर्ट का खर्च तो बराबर ही होता हा फिर सीमेंट के दाम पंजाब से ज्यादा क्यों?
